Terms of Service

SEO Console Official is a dashboard that lets you connect your own Google account to view and analyze performance data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and to submit URLs you own to Google’s Web Search Indexing API. The Service is provided for your website analytics and search-optimization purposes.

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You need a Google account to use the Service. You authorize the Service to access data from the Google services you connect, via Google OAuth, on your behalf.
• You may only connect Search Console and Analytics properties that you own or are otherwise authorized to access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access data for any property you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to access other users’ data, or to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google’s terms, policies, or API usage limits.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your session. Actions you take through the Service — such as submitting URLs for indexing — are performed on your instruction and against your own properties.

The Service depends on Google APIs and other third-party providers. Your use of Google services through the Service is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to those third-party services, and data shown in the Service reflects what those services return.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. You retain all rights to your own data that the Service processes on your behalf.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the data it displays is complete or accurate, as that data originates from third-party Google services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke its access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
